Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for reason of defective or damaged product(s), please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a refund.
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our end, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, we will debit a cancellation charge of 2%. The balance amount shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway.
All returns must be raised within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Our delivery partner will collect the said item from the premises.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund to the payment source. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card/wallet statement, depending on your credit/debit card/wallet company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
